I am an Interim Executive & Strategic Advisor who supports companies on a mandate basis in connecting operational performance with measurable economic success.
My journey began at the foundation: as a trained mechanic in the MedTech industry at Mathys Medical, I developed an early understanding of precision and operational logic. Through roles as a Supply Chain Specialist and SAP Consultant at Synthes, I learned to translate physical workflows into digital process landscapes. As Site Manager at Lagerhäuser Aarau AG, I held full P&L responsibility for complex logistics hubs and customer integrations for the first time. During my time at Johnson & Johnson, I ultimately led transformations as a Director and member of the executive board, serving as a strategic sponsor for business-critical SCM initiatives.
This 30-year evolution allows me today to operate at eye level with both the shop floor and the Board of Directors.
